NEOS Spatial beta and pilot requests
When you submit a NEOS Spatial beta or pilot request, the site keeps a private WordPress request record and sends the details you provide to the Neos contact inbox so the team can evaluate and respond.
The private WordPress record is scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission and is covered by WordPress export and erasure tools. Inbox handling follows the current public privacy notice. You may withdraw contact consent or request deletion through the published contact address.
External services and payments
Links to payment, video, social, store, or support services open external providers. Those providers receive the information you send to them under their own notices and terms. This website does not receive card details entered on an external payment page.
